FT1 Disassembled Height Adjustable Gantry（portable type）

Structure features: The upright column uses two types of square steel tubes of different thickness. The outer square tube is connected with the bottom beam which installed universal wheel with locking mechanism; the inner square tube is connected with the upper beam. And the beam ends were equipped with anti-off device. The inner tube can be adjusted within the scope of positioning drill holes (Standard hole distance is 100mm, which can be customized). The inner tubes’s height can be adjusted by hand pressure rod and two positioning shaft pin to arrive at user’s required height.

Performance excellence: The gantry has a full range of mobility, easy to installation and disassembly, covering a small area, with grade adjustable height (The maximum adjustable height is 2 meters), reasonable steel structure design, can withstand the weight from 125 ~ 1000kg . It can be transferred to another site by a mini car to achieve a machine used in multi sites. If the height of the plant is limited, the low headroom electric hoist  is available for easily low altitude operation. Each trestle of the gantry can be dismantled, then packaged into a bundle, and facilitate long-distance transport.
